As the Visitor Experience Team Leader, you’ll be an essential member of the Visitor Experience Team, ensuring that every visitor has an unforgettable time exploring our galleries and interactive exhibits. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:

🎟 Opening, closing, and maintaining the museum including admissions, gift shop, and exhibits

👩‍💼 Leadership and supervision for the Visitor Experience Team during all scheduled shifts

🌟 Maintaining high levels of customer service and experience

🛡 Maintaining safety, security, and cleanliness throughout the museum

This role is perfect for someone who is organized, personable, and passionate about providing exceptional experiences for children and families. If you have a knack for customer service and a love for inspiring curiosity in young minds, we want to hear from you! Please note that this role is full-time, 30 hours/week.
