Donation Requests

As Saskatchewan’s only children’s museum, Wonderhub awards in-kind admit one passes to eligible non-profits, organizations, and fundraising events. Due to the volume of requests received, our in-kind donations are reserved for organizations and fundraising events that directly support children and families in our community.

Please review the guidelines to confirm your organization qualifies before completing the form below.

Wonderhub supports fundraisers local to Saskatchewan that support specific causes or organizations aligned with the museum’s mission, vision, and values, including:

Registered non-profit organizations or registered charities dedicated to children or children’s causes
Pre-K to Grade 5 school fundraising initiatives
Non-profit daycares and early learning centres
Community partners with whom Wonderhub works with for programming, or with whom it holds a partnership

Wonderhub is unable to support:

Charitable organizations not dedicated to children or children’s causes
Fundraising initiatives supporting a sole individual, couple, family, or other individual pursuit
Political or religious fundraisers
Events occurring outside Saskatchewan, or organizations whose intended beneficiaries do not live in Saskatchewan
Federal, provincial, or municipal government departments
Sports teams, sports activities, or private clubs
Third-party fundraising events and team pledge events
Third-party organizations whose beliefs and/or values do not align with the museum’s mission, vision, and values.

Guidelines

Your organization must be a non-profit or registered charity, and the passes must be used for fundraising purposes.
Limit of one request per organization per year.
Requests must be submitted at least 4 weeks before your event. Requests submitted after this threshold will not be considered.
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Approved requests will receive email confirmation within 2 weeks of submission.
Approved requests receive up to four Admit One passes (up to $76 value), which expire one year from the date of issue. Expiry extensions will not be granted.

Please note: Wonderhub does not provide cash sponsorships or donate other museum services, including free or discounted memberships, birthday parties, facility rentals, or special event tickets, as one-time event donations.
