Welcome to this free drop-in play-based sink or float stem program which combines a science activity and water activity together with some extra fun. In this activity the children are introduced to the concept of density and buoyancy. They also make predictions and observations that buoyant objects float and dense objects sink, and if they want to be true little scientists, they can even record their predictions.
