Purpose of Rental
All Rentals need to be booked and confirmed 2 weeks (14 days) in advance of the Rental Date.
The request must be submitted during our operating hours of 9:00-6:00 for your request to be viewed that day.
Prices as listed are for a two-hour room rental during regular business hours. An extended duration or after hours function may be possible, but will incur an additional charge.
With the exception of a full facility rental, costs exclude admission to the museum (an additional $8/person).

This form is a Booking Request Form only. Completing and submitting this form does not guarantee your Booking. Please watch your email account, that you’ve provided above, for an email with your rental confirmation or additional questions.
Our Room capacity is non-negotiable due to fire regulation guidelines
A minimum 50% deposit must be submitted 2 weeks prior to the rental date, at the latest, to hold your booking. If we have not received the deposit by this time, the booking will be cancelled. Once the 50% deposit has been received, you are able to pay the remainder anytime before the rental date.
Cancellations after the 2 weeks prior to the rental date will result in a forfeit of the 50% deposit. If the rental is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to start time, full payment of the rental will be required.
