Wonderhub’s programming is designed to spark curiosity, build new skills, and inspire a love of learning—all through play! Every program we offer is rooted in STEAM learning (science, technology, engineering, arts, and math), helping children and families explore how these subjects connect in creative and meaningful ways.
Led by our dedicated Wonderhub staff, passionate volunteers, and local experts, our programs offer something for every young explorer. Kids can take part in themed drop-in activities, hands-on workshops, interactive storytelling, and guided experiences that encourage curiosity and creativity.
Programming is offered in a variety of forms:
- Drop-in
Open participation for any museum visitors with no registration required. Included with your membership or admission. - FREE Drop-in (pre-registration may be required or encouraged)
Select programs are offered free thanks to generous support from our supporters. Pre-Registration through our online platform enables our facilitators to prepare for the age range and amount of participants. - Special Events
Registration and/or ticket purchase through our online platform. Some special events are free thanks to generous funding from our supporters.

Drop-In Programs
Little Learners
Little Learners is designed to provide hands-on, playful learning for toddlers under 3, while also offering parents and caregivers a chance to connect and learn. Each session is planned with interactive play, exploration and socialization in mind. While toddlers are busy exploring, parents and caregivers will have the opportunity to connect with one another.

Storytime
Gather ’round in North Woods for a cozy Storytime adventure! Bring the little ones and let their imaginations run wild as they listen, learn, and discover the joy of stories read by our Education Facilitators in one of Wonderhub’s most enchanting spaces.

Creative Tales
Creative Tales is led by beloved volunteers, Betty & Maureen, and is every Wednesday morning. Each week, they bring a new book to life with captivating storytelling. And the fun doesn’t stop there! After the story, head to Create Space for a hands-on activity inspired by the book. Whether it’s crafting, experimenting, or exploring a new skill, these themed activities help little ones connect stories to creativity in a playful, meaningful way.

Wonder Club
Welcome to Wonder Club, a program designed for curious minds of all ages! Each session invites children to dive into hands-on activities that spark creativity and critical thinking through exciting STEM challenges, imaginative storytelling, and engaging art projects. With a focus on exploration and collaboration, kids will have the chance to discover new interests, solve problems together, and unleash their imaginations. Every week is a new adventure waiting to be explored! Past themes include: Fizzy Rainbow Science, Animal Mix-Up, and Rocket Launchers!

Creative Science
Creative Science is led by our Education Facilitator and resident dino-expert, Riley! Each week, families will explore a new science concept in a fun, engaging, and hands on way. Kids will dive in and explore the worlds of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math.
Through exciting projects and experiments, children develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills while having fun with interactive learning. Each session sparks creativity and curiosity in young minds!

Robotic Adventure
Join us for our Robotic Adventure drop-in program! This hands-on activity will let you and your kids have fun learning beginner coding concepts with our cute little Cubelets sets and Botley robots.
