Celebrate your child’s special day at Saskatchewan’s only children’s museum!
We offer three colourful, wonder-filled party rooms on our upper mezzanine as well as spaces on the museum’s lower level to host groups of all sizes.

All birthday party packages include:
- Private party room for up to 1.5 hours (includes decor setup/tear down time)
Room includes table and chairs, television, and mini-fridge (no mini-fridge in Classroom). - Admission to the museum for party guests
Exploration of the museum can occur before and/or after time in the party room during our open hours (9:00 AM to 4:00 PM). All parties must adhere to our 6:1 supervision ratio: for every six children there must be one adult.

Payment and Cancellations
- Payment: To secure your booking, a minimum 50% deposit is required 14 days from the date of your booking (your party date) in person or over the phone. The remaining balance must be paid upon your arrival to the museum for your party.
- Cancellation Policy: Parties cancelled less than 14 days prior to the party date will be charged 50% of the birthday party fees. Parties cancelled 48 hours or less in advance will be charged 100% of the birthday party fees.

The Fine Print
- Birthday parties are available Wednesdays to Sundays.
- Birthday parties must be booked by submitting a request through the online Request a Booking form at least 14 days in advance of your desired party date.
- Completing the booking request form does not guarantee a booking. A team member will contact you by email and confirm your party.
- Prices for birthday party packages are determined by room. You may add-on additional guests up to the maximum room capacity as noted in the package. Any additional guests over the room capacity will be required to pay the daily admission fee upon entry.
- A 50% deposit must be made 14 days in advance of your party date to secure your booking. If deposits are not made by this time, your room will be released and your booking cancelled.
- Any outstanding birthday party package balances must be paid upon arrival to the museum.
- All visitors are required to adhere to our 6:1 supervision ratio: for every six children there must be one adult.
- Let us know 7 days in advance of your party if you are planning to visit and explore the museum before and/or after your time in the birthday party room.
- Wonderhub reserves the right to charge fees in response to any infractions to party parameters.
