Youth Volunteers under the age of 15 may be required to volunteer with a supervising adult or as part of a supervised group volunteer program. Wonderhub will determine if a supervising adult (person 18 years and up) is required for youth volunteers, based on type of volunteer activity and the age of the youth.*

Volunteer Information Session
Prior to volunteering with Wonderhub you will be required to attend a Volunteer Information Session. Please select when you would be available to attend a session. You will be contacted by email to confirm your attendance at your selected Information session.
Volunteer Orientation Session*
Orientation Sessions will not be held in July and August unless there is a large demand. All new volunteers are required to attend an orientation session prior to starting volunteering.

Please note: By listing your references’ names here, you agree to let us contact them to verify information given and to provide any additional information about your qualifications to volunteer. Certification and Acknowledgements
All volunteers are required to complete all of the required documentation as well as complete a Volunteer Orientation Session prior to starting volunteering. By checking the boxes below you are providing your consent and acknowledgement of the below statements.
Wonderhub reserves the right to decline volunteer services due to inaccuracy or falsification of volunteer applications, Criminal Record Checks that have convictions or due to organizational needs.
Before volunteer placement, a Criminal Record Check will be required. Wonderhub will provide me with a letter stating that I have applied to be a volunteer and require a Criminal Record Check.*

All information that I have provided or will provide to Nutrien Wonderhub is accurate. I am aware that any false information is grounds for Nutrien Wonderhub to decline my volunteer services. I understand that Nutrien Wonderhub may follow up on any information on this application or additional forms or waivers that I have provided information.*

I am aware I will be required to review and sign a Confidentiality & Conduct Agreement prior to volunteering and I agree to abide by all of the rules, policies and standard operating procedures of Nutrien Wonderhub.*

I understand that I will be provided with an apron to wear while volunteering to protect my clothing, and that I will not be compensated for my attire getting soiled or damaged. I also understand that I should wear appropriate attire in addition to the required apron and/or lanyard dependent on the activity I am helping with (ie. Closed toed shoes etc).*
