Nutrien Wonderhub, Saskatchewan’s only children’s museum, is seeking a visionary leader for the new role of Director of Education and Exhibits!

As the Director of Education and Exhibits, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the museum. You’ll lead our efforts in creating immersive STEAM learning experiences, developing and maintaining captivating exhibits, and ensuring exceptional visitor experiences. Simply put, you’ll be at the forefront of creating memories that last a lifetime.

Key Responsibilities Include:

✅ Leadership: Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes innovation, open communication, collaboration, and teamwork.

✅ Educational Programming: Develop and manage dynamic educational programs with a focus on STEAM learning experiences.

✅ Exhibits: Oversee the development and maintenance of engaging and interactive exhibits for children.

✅ Visitor Experience: Ensure all guests have exceptional, safe, and enriching experiences.

✅ Budget Management: Develop and monitor budgets for educational programming, exhibits, facilities, and visitor experience.

✅ Team Supervision: Provide guidance and support to a talented team of professionals.

Qualifications:

🎓 Post-secondary degree in education or related field.

📚 5-7 years of experience in education or public programming.

🌟 Passion for childhood education and development.

🤝 Ability to build productive relationships with internal and external partners.

📊 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
