- All Birthday Parties need to be booked 2 weeks (14 days) in advance of the Party Date.
- The request must be submitted during our operating hours of 9:00-6:00 for your request to be viewed that day
- If your party is booked in for a later time in the Party Rooms, your party is welcome to meet in the lobby at an earlier time in the day, check in, and explore the museum before your Party Room booking
- The museum is closed on Mondays

Terms & Conditions*
This form is a Booking Request Form only. Completing and submitting this form does not guarantee your booking.

You will be contacted with a booking confirmation email when your party has been booked. Your booking confirmation will contain important information about your party, including your last day for down payment to secure your booking.

 To ensure the safety of all of our guests, we require a 6:1 ratio of six (6) children to one (1) adult while exploring our museum.

Please meet your party guests in the lobby so that you can enter the museum as a group. If any guests are going to be late, please inform a Visitor Experience Team Member.

 Our room capacities are non-negotiable due to fire regulation guidelines.

Room times are inclusive of set-up and take-down. Early entrance or late exit from the room is not permitted.

 All birthday parties must be booked a minimum 14 days in advance. Any party requests submitted within that time frame may not be eligable for booking.

A minimum 50% deposit is required 14 days prior to the party date to secure your booking. If we do not receive your deposit on or before the due date listed in your confirmation email, your room will be released and your booking cancelled.

Bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to the scheduled date will be charged 50% of the room fees. Those cancelled 48 hours or less in advance will be charged 100% of the room fees.
