All rentals include complimentary wifi and AV support. Additional fees for stage rentals.

Terms & Conditions for providing alcohol
The renter is responsible for obtaining proper liquor licensing and providing a copy to Wonderhub, and adhere by all requirements and regulations as set forth by SLGA.
On site security is required for all rentals serving alcohol. The renter will be responsible for covering this cost. Wonderhub will book and invoice the renter for these fees.

All Rentals need to be booked and confirmed 2 weeks (14 days) in advance of the Rental Date.
Turn around for requests is typically 2-3 business days.
Prices listed on website are for a two-hour room rental during regular business hours.
With the exception of a full facility rental / Adventure Visit, costs exclude admission to the museum (an additional $9.50/person).
Preferred Room & Time
Room times are inclusive of set-up and take-down. Early entrance or late exit from the room is not permitted. Our operating hours are Tuesday to Sunday from 9:00am - 4:30pm After hours rentals occur on Mondays and evenings after 5:00pm.

Adventure Visit - 4 Hours - $3,000 plus tax (Schools, Daycares, etc Only)
Booking times are inclusive of set-up and take-down. Early entrance or late exit from the room are not permitted. Additional charges may be incurred for late exit. After Hours charges are included in the rental fees for full facility rentals.
Adventure visits are only available on Mondays from 10am-2pm, excluding Stat holidays and school PD Days.

Bookings must be made a minimum of 14 days in advance of the rental date.
Bookings cannot start earlier than 5:00pm for evening rentals. Bookings on Monday's can be any 4 consecutive hours between 9am - 4:30pm.
Terms & Conditions
This form is a Booking Request Form only. Completing and submitting this form does not guarantee your Booking. Please watch your email account, that you’ve provided above, for an email with your rental confirmation or additional questions.
Our Room capacity is non-negotiable due to fire regulation guidelines
All Rentals need to be booked and confirmed 2 weeks (14 days) in advance of the Rental Date. Rental request that come in later than 14 days may not be able to be accommodated.
A minimum 50% deposit must be submitted 30 days prior to the rental date, at the latest, to hold your booking. If we have not received the deposit by this time, the booking will be cancelled. Once the 50% deposit has been received, the remainder of your payment will be due 14 days in advance of your booking.
Cancellations after the 14 days prior to the rental date will result in a forfeit of the 50% deposit. If the rental is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to start time, full payment of the rental will be required.
Liability/Insurance & Security
If rentals meet one or more of the following parameters, renters may be required to have in effect and maintain during the rental, at its sole cost and expense, public liability and property insurance in the amount of two million dollars ($2,000,000). Not applicable to rentals for children’s birthday parties.
a) Guest attendance exceeds 75 persons
b) Third Party catering/equipment is being brought in by the Licensee
c) Liquor will be supplied to Guests
Full facility and After Hours renters may be required to secure onsite security for the duration of event. This excludes Monday's during the day.
