How do I register my child for a camp?
Call us at 306-249-3574 to register your child and pay for camp.
Is there a registration deadline for the camps?
Yes. If the camp is not sold out, the registration deadline is 2 business days prior to the camp start date. The registration deadline is stated when purchasing your camp ticket. Please note, exceptions may apply.
If a camp is sold out, how do I get my child’s name on the wait list?
To add your child’s name to the wait list, give us a call at 306-249-3574 and let us know which camp(s) you were hoping for, the name and age(s) of your child(ren) and contact information.
Can I register my child for one day during a Multi-Day Camp?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate these requests.
What is your leader to camper ratio?
We provide a minimum of 1 to 8 leader to camper ratio for all Wonder Camps and 1 to 6 ratio for Mini Discoveries. Please note, due to staffing constraints we are unable to provide one-to-one support at this time. We are able to provide reasonable accommodations to support any camper who may require additional considerations during camp. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please reach out to speak to us directly.
Are Waiver Forms required for campers?
Yes, all campers are required to have a signed waiver form on their first day of camp. Waiver forms can be filled out in advance by clicking here. Remember to print it and bring it with you on your first day! Hard copies of the waiver will be available on the first day if needed.
Are meals and snacks provided?
We do not provide meals and snacks to campers. Campers are asked to bring food for lunch and two snacks. Please refrain from sending any food items that include nuts.
Do campers go outside during camps?
Yes. Campers spend time each day exploring the outdoors. This may include nature walks around the museum, or time playing and exploring the parks across the street.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that sometimes life happens and things come up. Wonderhub can offer a partial refund on camp fees (including before and after care fees) depending on the amount of notice provided before the first day of camp. Fees outlined below are per enrolled camp.
15 days or more
- 100% refund on camp fees, and before and after care fees, minus the following admin fee:
- Wonder Camps – single-day school year PD Day camps: $25.00 admin fee
- Wonder Camps – multi-day school break and summer camps: $75.00 admin fee
- Wonder Camps: Mini Discoveries (multi-day half-day summer camps for ages 3-5): $50.00 admin fee
8 to 14 days
- 50% refund on camp fees and 50% refund on before and after care fees
7 days or less
- No refund on camp fees or before and after care fees
